Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead the company’s commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen key customer relationships. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with experience in the food industry, who can combine market insight with strategic execution to achieve ambitious targets.



Qualifications

  • 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food & beverage sector.
  • Proven track record in developing sales strategies and achieving commercial targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and channels to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to align commercial initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
