Client Overview

Our client is a well-established international manufacturing company with operations in Thailand. The organization is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement across its supply chain and procurement functions.

The company is currently seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Procurement to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain and procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in procurement strategy, logistics management, and inventory control.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiation and vendor management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.
  • Good command of English communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall supply chain and procurement operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain performance and cost efficiency.
  • Manage and strengthen supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure accurate demand planning and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.
