Qualifications

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor or higher in related field
• Minimum 2 years managing multiple concurrent projects
• Practical experience in IT, networks, IoT, or related fields
• Experience in project process improvement
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred
• Experience with hardware, software, network solutions
• Experience working in startups is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct client hearings to understand issues, needs, and project specifications
• Prepare requirement documents and clarify technical constraints
• Ensure alignment between clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Oversee several projects simultaneously
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and coordinate corrective measures
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders
• Hold regular progress meetings
• Update schedules based on team reports
• Create recovery plans when delays arise
• Assess required personnel, engineers, contractors, and third‑party vendors
• Manage workload allocation and avoid resource imbalance
• Oversee contracts and vendor coordination for large projects
• Verify specifications and purchase required equipment
• Monitor delivery timelines to avoid project delays
• Inspect incoming materials and coordinate delivery to sites
• Create quotations and project budget plans
• Manage profitability and negotiate additional fees when necessary
• Analyze monthly costs and report differences from planned budget
• Identify risks at project start
• Create preventive and contingency plans
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions when issues occur
