Senior Design Engineer

The company provides world‑class design, modeling, and engineering solutions to major automotive manufacturers and industry partners.

【Qualifications】

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience using CATIA (10+ years preferred).
• Significant experience in automotive R&D.
• Strong understanding of automotive and motorcycle components and their placement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• English: Business conversation level
• Japanese: Preferred but not required (N3+ considered an advantage)
• Thai: Native level

【Responsibilities】

• Lead engineering projects under direction from Japan’s engineering division.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high‑quality project output.
• Support skill development and growth of junior engineers.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams in Thailand and Japan to maintain technical alignment.
• Contribute expertise in automotive and motorcycle component design
