Our client is a global manufacturing group founded in 1993, with headquarters in Shanghai, China, and multiple production bases across China and the United States. The company specializes in advanced polymers, high-performance films and fibers, composite materials, functional materials, and energy storage solutions. With a strong global footprint and thousands of employees worldwide, the group operates large-scale production facilities with significant annual capacity and continues to expand its presence in high-value industrial applications.

In Thailand, the client focuses on supporting regional customers through advanced material solutions, particularly within the automotive and industrial sectors, working closely with international and Japanese partners.

Our client is currently seeking a candidate with strong experience in the automotive interior industry to manage and develop Automotive customers in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have solid industry knowledge, proven customer-handling experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage and develop key automotive OEM accounts, primarily Toyota, Honda, and Ford.
  • Handle sales activities with OEM customers and Tier 1 suppliers, including quotation, negotiation, and order follow-up.
  • Maintain and expand relationships within the automotive supply chain.
  • Coordinate internally with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor customer requirements, project timelines, and market trends related to automotive materials.
  • Support new business development activities within OEM and Tier 1 networks.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in Japanese and English.
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs or within the automotive supply chain is preferred.
  • Background in Tier 1 purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or having Tier 1 supplier resources is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in sales, key account management, or customer coordination within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
