A rapidly growing technology provider specializing in SaaS solutions that support digital transformation in the manufacturing sector. The organization develops a drawing and order management system designed to streamline factory operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • English: Daily conversation level
  • Japanese: Internal communication level (JLPT N3)
  • Thai: Native level
  • Experience in any field is acceptable
  • Experience in IT or software-related work is an advantage
  • Strong coordination and document‑control skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work full‑time in Bangkok

Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end implementation of a manufacturing‑focused SaaS system, including workflow hearings, issue identification, workflow proposal, and implementation scheduling.
  • Perform initial system setup at client environments, handle data import, and deliver user training sessions.
  • Monitor post‑implementation usage, suggest improvements, communicate new feature updates, and provide first‑level troubleshooting before escalating issues when required.
  • Join client visits with sales staff to provide Japanese–Thai interpretation and assist communication during technical and operational discussions.
  • Localize proposal materials, manuals, and operational guides in Thai and Japanese, and prepare system workflow diagrams and implementation documents.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, coordinate appointment scheduling, conduct follow‑up usage interviews, and collect detailed information for troubleshooting.
  • Communicate relevant updates, findings, and customer feedback to the sales team to ensure smooth collaboration.
