Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- English: Daily conversation level
- Japanese: Internal communication level (JLPT N3)
- Thai: Native level
- Experience in any field is acceptable
- Experience in IT or software-related work is an advantage
- Strong coordination and document‑control skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work full‑time in Bangkok
Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end implementation of a manufacturing‑focused SaaS system, including workflow hearings, issue identification, workflow proposal, and implementation scheduling.
- Perform initial system setup at client environments, handle data import, and deliver user training sessions.
- Monitor post‑implementation usage, suggest improvements, communicate new feature updates, and provide first‑level troubleshooting before escalating issues when required.
- Join client visits with sales staff to provide Japanese–Thai interpretation and assist communication during technical and operational discussions.
- Localize proposal materials, manuals, and operational guides in Thai and Japanese, and prepare system workflow diagrams and implementation documents.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, coordinate appointment scheduling, conduct follow‑up usage interviews, and collect detailed information for troubleshooting.
- Communicate relevant updates, findings, and customer feedback to the sales team to ensure smooth collaboration.
