• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• At least 1 year experience as Sales in any industry
• Good command in English

• Handle new sales for end users (homes and condominiums).
• Respond to customer inquiries via SNS and online platforms.
• Conduct property price checks while in the office.
• Visit properties to check sunlight conditions, nearby shops, restaurants, and overall surroundings.
• Most properties are located along Sukhumvit Road.
• Main customers are Thai, many of whom are families.
• Renovation work mainly focuses on condominiums.
