Sales Representative

Company Overview:

Our client is a well-established filter manufacturer operating in Thailand since 2001. The company provides filtration solutions and related components for construction machinery, industrial, and process applications, contributing to improved quality of life and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any related fields

• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score would be advantages)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, including developing new customers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience working in a Japanese company or studying in Japan is preferred

• No need to drive own car (company have car and driver support)

• Confident in delivering presentations and public speaking

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Positive, resilient, and able to perform well under challenging conditions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct presentations to customers to illustrate the difference between genuine and non-genuine filters, emphasizing the benefits of using genuine products

• Assist in developing educational materials, presentations, and demonstrations to support sales efforts

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for promoting genuine products and addressing customer concerns

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create and modify presentations and educational materials

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights on product features and benefits

• Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, events, and trade shows to promote genuine products

• Provide support to sales representatives by responding to customer inquiries and providing product information

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes

• Adapt presentation content and delivery style to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
