R&D Technician

Qualifications

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in related field
• At least 1 year experience as R&D or Engineer in plastic industry
• Fair command in English

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix resin materials and additives according to specified formulations, and operate mixing and extrusion machines.
• Prepare samples after mixing and perform initial quality evaluations.
• Inspect sample color tones, compare with standard colors, and use spectrophotometers and colorimeters for color measurement.
• Check color stability such as light resistance and heat resistance, and adjust color tones based on customer requirements.
• Conduct physical property tests including tensile strength, hardness, heat resistance, and impact resistance using various testing equipment.
• Record and analyze test data, compare results with quality standards, and propose improvement measures.
• Prepare test reports and input data into internal systems.
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams to support process improvement activities.
• Manage, maintain, and calibrate testing and measuring equipment.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment in accordance with company standard
