The client is a technology-driven organization specializing in wireless power transmission and IoT-enabled building management solutions, delivering end-to-end services—from system design and installation to operational data management—and seeking candidates with strong site management expertise, cross-functional coordination skills, and a disciplined, quality-focused mindset suited for fast-growing, high-tech infrastructure projects.
Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a site manager or site supervisor, with proven responsibility for preparing and reviewing client construction reports, verifying as-built drawings, and managing electrical and HVAC-related construction activities on active project sites.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field
- Thai language: Native level
- English language: Business conversation level (reading, writing, and speaking)
Responsibilities
- Development and Management of Construction and Inspection Documentation
- Prepare client-facing construction plans, quality control checklists, safety patrol records, progress reports, and as-built documentation, customizing inspection items and formats to align precisely with client specifications, technical drawings, and project requirements.
- On-site Inspection System Design and Continuous Improvement
- Create standardized pre-work and post-work inspection checklists for each construction trade and continuously refine inspection flows and procedures to improve site productivity, quality consistency, and traceability.
- Subcontractor Coordination and Document Review
- Instruct subcontractor foremen on documentation standards, submission timelines, and compliance requirements, while reviewing submitted reports for completeness and accuracy and issuing corrective actions when deficiencies are identified.
- Safety Management and Hazard Prevention
- Conduct daily hazard prediction (KY) meetings, perform regular safety patrols, educate on-site workers on safe work practices, and ensure that all activities comply with Thai occupational safety standards.
- Project Handover Preparation and Client Support
- Compile and manage all handover documentation, conduct internal pre-inspections to ensure accuracy and readiness, prepare presentation materials, and support client inspections and formal project acceptance.
- Scheduling, Progress Control, and Quality Assurance
- Develop weekly and monthly construction schedules, monitor progress against plans, analyze delays, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors to maintain quality and timeline commitments.
- Regulatory and Specification Compliance Management
- Ensure full compliance with Thai laws, safety regulations, approved drawings, method statements, and client specifications through both documentation control and on-site inspections, including audit readiness.
