Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory & Risk Mitigation: Provide expert legal consultation and proactively manage legal and project-related risks to safeguard company interests.
• End-to-End Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of diverse commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk tolerance.
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Guarantee strict adherence to local statutes and internal mandates, including data privacy, competition, labor law, and corporate governance.
• Policy Development: Establish and refine internal legal frameworks, procedures, and standardized guidelines to streamline legal operations.
• External Counsel Management: Serve as the primary liaison for external law firms, managing service quality and optimizing the delivery of specialized legal advice.

Qualifications

• Legal Expertise: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law (LL.B.) with a valid Lawyer License.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal roles with minimum of 3 years in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including sales, supply, distribution, licensing, and government contracts.
• Proven ability to lead legal operations and manage stakeholders effectively with strong leadership skills.
• Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) for contract drafting and international collaboration.
• Business-supportive mindset with the ability to provide strategic legal advice that enables commercial growth.
• Capable of managing high-pressure situations, tight deadlines, and external constraints with composure.
• High level of accountability and professional integrity in delivering legal solutions.
