HRBP Specialist(Chinese Speaking)

Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to support business units on HR-related matters and drive effective people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an HR Business Partner to support business units on HR-related matters
• Partner with management on workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development
• Support and implement HR initiatives including training, performance management, and organizational development
• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure alignment with company policies and Thai labor law
• Serve as a communication bridge between Thai teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Support daily HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• 3–5 years of experience in HRBP and/or Training functions

• Experience supporting retail, sales, or fast-growing organizations is an advantage

• Good understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Chinese proficiency is an advantage

• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
