A Japanese trading company specializing in high-quality seafood products and food ingredients, operating in Thailand since 2023. The company imports and distributes premium seafood and offers OEM services for hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets. It seeks an HR professional with strong HRM/HRD expertise to support organizational growth and policy development.

Experience in HR systems and policy management. Preference for candidates with HRM or HRD background.

HR Policy Development

Create and review HR evaluation systems, employment contracts, and labor regulations.

Employee Development

Design and implement training programs and career development plans.

HR Administration

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and general HR tasks to support workforce expansion.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to Thai labor laws and company policies.
