Our client is a stable global technology firm specializing in platform development.

With a clear growth and regional expansion strategy, the company is seeking an HR Director to serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy to support business growth and scalability across regions.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals, growth, and regional expansion
  • Act as a strategic business partner and advisor to CEO and senior leadership on people, organization, and culture
  • Drive people development initiatives including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and learning strategy
  • Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning to support local and regional scaling, including critical and niche roles
  • Ensure effective HR operations covering payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
  • Lead employee relations, governance, and risk management with consistent and ethical people practices
  • Manage and develop regional HR teams while aligning global HR frameworks with local legal and cultural requirements.

Qualification :

  • 15+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong background in tech, digital, or fast-growing multinational organizations
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, people development, and organizational scaling
  • Hands-on knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and HRIS
  • Experience supporting regional or global expansion is highly preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) and familiar with MNC working environment.
