Our client is a market-leading manufacturer in the construction and building materials sector, with a strong footprint across Thailand. The company operates multiple production facilities, serves both local and international markets, and is well recognized for quality, innovation, and sustainability. With expansion of business, they are looking for Head of HR to drive strategic Organization Development, Leadership & Talent Development, and HR Technology.
- Over 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure at senior leadership or HR Director level
- Proven track record in OD, leadership development, and HR transformation
- Solid experience implementing or leading HR technology / HRIS initiatives
- Strong business acumen with experience in manufacturing or large-scale organizations
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Thai language required
Head of HR will lead the people and organization agenda for a leading regional manufacturing company, driving Organization Development (OD), Leadership & Talent Development (L&D), and HR Technology transformation. This role partners closely with top management to build a future-ready organization aligned with business growth and regional expansion.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, workforce strategy, and capability building
- Translate business strategy into people, culture, and leadership initiatives
- Drive change management initiatives across the organization
- Lead organization design, job architecture, and governance frameworks
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development
- Strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership effectiveness
- Define and execute enterprise-wide leadership development and talent programs
- Build learning frameworks to upskill leaders and critical roles
- Embed continuous learning culture aligned with business needs
- Lead HR digital transformation, including HRIS, talent systems, and people analytics
- Leverage data insights to support decision-making and workforce planning
- Improve HR efficiency through process optimization and technology adoption
