Strategic Finance & Accounting Leadership

• Direct all facets of the finance and accounting ecosystem, ensuring the integrity of full-set accounts, month-end closures, liquidity management, and tax strategies in strict alignment with corporate mandates and legal standards.
• Guarantee the delivery of high-fidelity, punctual financial intelligence to empower leadership with the data necessary for informed commercial steering.
• Spearhead the architectural design of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, translating complex data into actionable narratives and recommendations for Executive Management.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into fiscal trends, potential risks, and market opportunities to provide the strategic foresight required to maximize bottom-line results.
• Orchestrate robust cash flow strategies to safeguard the organization's financial agility and ensure capital availability for operational scaling and growth initiatives.
• Uphold total adherence to evolving tax jurisdictions, international accounting standards, and statutory requirements to mitigate institutional risk.
• Champion the evolution of financial governance by implementing rigorous control frameworks and driving continuous process improvements.
• Partner with various business units to uncover cost-saving efficiencies and refine the intersection of operational and financial workflows.
• Act as a strategic co-pilot to the C-Suite, leveraging financial data to fuel long-term business planning and enterprise value creation.
• Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and ensuring a robust succession pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an essential requirement for this role.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3–5 years of proven success in a high-impact leadership or managerial capacity.
• Advanced expertise in global accounting standards, financial reporting frameworks, and sophisticated forecasting methodologies.
• Demonstrated history of operating as a trusted advisor to Top Management, directly influencing strategic organizational outcomes.
