The organization continues to expand its presence in Thailand, offering a stable platform and strong growth potential.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Finance, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to use Chinese as a working language.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Finance BP, or Management Accounting.
  • Experience working with Chinese enterprises in Thailand is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis, cost accounting, and budgeting; experience in manufacturing, engineering, leasing, or large private enterprises is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Thai accounting and tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset.

Business Finance Support

  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business model, cost structure, and profitability in Thailand.
  • Provide financial insights to support management decision-making and business strategy execution.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and support corrective actions.

Cost & Profit Analysis

  • Analyze project costs, expense structures, and gross margins.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities; support cost optimization initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.
  • Develop KPI dashboards to enable data-driven management.

Internal Control & Compliance

  • Ensure financial processes comply with Thai regulations and group policies.
  • Support tax compliance, audit preparation, and vendor compliance reviews.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business teams, finance teams, and headquarters to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Support financial systems enhancement, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives.
