Qualifications

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in facility or equipment management within a manufacturing environment.
• Fair command in English
• Ability to identify equipment issues and take appropriate action without performing hands-on repairs

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operational status of factory equipment and identify potential issues.
• Ensure maintenance records (e.g., maintenance sheets) are properly filled and updated.
• Improve communication and reporting between maintenance staff and the General Affairs Department.
• Coordinate with internal maintenance personnel and external service providers for necessary repairs or inspections.
• Analyze equipment performance data and propose preventive maintenance strategies.
• Report on regular management on equipment status, issues, and improvement plans.
