Qualifications

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• Has Experiences More than 10 years of experience in cost estimation.
• Good command in English
• Only those with experience in cost estimating buildings, not facilities

Responsibilities  

• Thoroughly review blueprints and specifications to accurately determine the required construction materials and quantities.
•  Calculate the costs of construction materials, labor, and project duration to estimate the overall project cost.
•  Create detailed cost estimates and breakdowns based on the calculated costs, including setting the final amount with anticipated profit.
• Negotiate prices directly with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and timelines.
•  Manage project costs to ensure they remain within budget, including monitoring and adjusting costs for ongoing projects.
•  Work closely with designers and site managers to understand project progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Prepare progress and cost reports for submission to management and clients.
