Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing research or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cross-functional environments.


Responsibility

  • Lead a customer-centric way of working across functions, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and that decisions reflect real needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Elevate quality standards and challenge assumptions through fact-based insights and data-driven analysis.
  • Identify business trends to unlock impactful strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Design and manage research programs, lead research studies, and strengthen brand marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Nielsen Retail Audit, Brand Health Tracker, ICP Testing, shopper insights, and qualitative concept development.
