Company Overview:
Our company sells and maintains office equipment, network equipment, and related software directly. We have 8 branches in Bangkok, 8 branches in the suburbs, and sales offices in major industrial estates, and strive to provide prompt service throughout Thailand.
Qualification:
• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score is preferred)
• Japanese: Internal Conversation Level (JLPT N3 or upper level)
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or team management experience
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g. ERP, SAP) and experience in preparing inventory reports
• Experience in parts procurement, preferably within Japanese companies
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to guide and support the team effectively
Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the procurement team to achieve departmental goals
• Serve as the main point of contact for handling information, orders, and requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and submit key reports, including inventory turnover and procurement metrics
• Coordinate with RMT teams, suppliers, and the Japan team to ensure efficient procurement operations
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
