Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Location: Belgrade

This position is for a Logistics Manager who leads and organizes the work of the logistics department, ensuring efficient and professional services within the company.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the smooth running, understanding and operation of the department;
  • Coordinates activities within the subordinate team, supervising the work;
  • Establishes long-term collaborative relationships with partners and clients;
  • Contributes to the correlation and adjustment of the warehouse stock, in terms of quantity and quality, according to the additional / decreases in orders;
  • Prepares the department's budget with the activities planned to be carried out, ensuring the necessary resources for their smooth running;
  • Monitor the progress achieved against the proposed objectives over time and prepare reports to management;
  • Prepares new projects, establishes budgets for each activity and submits them to management for approval;
  • Establishes according to the organizational structure the tasks and responsibilities of subordinate staff, based on job descriptions;
  • Is responsible for the accuracy and promptness with which he/she provides information in his/her field of activity;
  • Checks the degree of improvement of work style to maximize the efficiency of achieving the proposed objectives;
  • Take care of activities related to: solving operational logistics issues (orders, distribution, transportation) with distributors, ensuring adequate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, processing orders and activities related to the scheduling and transportation of products to the company's customers;
  • Execute any other orders given by the hierarchical superior in the realization of the company's short-term strategies within the limits of the legal basis.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business (Business Management, Business Administration or similar field)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in business strategy planning and implementation
  • Experience in business partner relationship management and leading a team
  • Advanced English knowledge (both written and spoken) is the must
  • MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) - Advanced level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills
  • Ability to travel when necessary
  • Driving license
