Quality Manager

On behalf of our client, a successful international company, Adecco is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate for the position of Quality Manager.
Job Description:
- Organization, professional and project management of the Quality Department
- Planning, organizing, and supervising employees and work processes
- Preparation and alignment of internal and professional documentation, as well as operational procedures
- Managing and participating in projects related to quality and environmental protection
- Implementation and supervision of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)
- Ensuring full compliance with company standards in business processes
- Representing the company during internal and external audits (customers, suppliers, certification bodies)
- Monitoring and managing complaint processes (customer, supplier, internal)
- Developing policies, procedures, reports, and analyses quality
- Monitoring cost of poor quality and proposing corrective and preventive actions
Requirements:
- University degree (bachelor’s or higher)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within an international company
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Responsible, proactive, and motivated for professional growth
- Willingness to travel occasionally
