Process Data Specialist

Our Client is a global leader in commercial vehicles and automotive interior components and suspension seats, operates in over 19 countries, with a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. 

Their Global Business Center (GBC) plays a crucial role in supporting global business operations by integrating essential functions such as accounting, procurement, HR, IT and sales. As a shared services center, GBC provides transactional services, expert support, and data analysis to their various locations worldwide, ensuring efficiency and streamlining processes across departments. 

We are seeking Process Data Specialist to join their growing team. This person will drive operational excellence by optimizing and standardizing processes across the region. This role is crucial in implementing best practices and new technologies for new customer projects as well a improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure consistency in operations across all regional facilities.

Responsibilities:
•    Analyze and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies and variance in operations across regions, developing standardized solutions to harmonize practices and enhance productivity.
•    Implement new process designs and technologies that facilitate better data capture, analysis, and visualization, leading to more informed decision-making and strategic operational adjustments.
•    Work closely with regional management teams to understand specific operational challenges and needs, ensuring that process improvements are aligned with regional dynamics and business objectives.
•    Train and support regional process teams in adopting new processes and technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
•    Regularly review and update processes in response to changes in business environment, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements, maintaining a cycle of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field. 
•    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operational process improvement, preferably in a multinational corporation. 
•    Expertise in process mapping, statistical analysis, and performance metrics and experiences in SAP as well as MES systems. 
•    Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. 
•    Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across cultural boundaries. 
•    Project management certifications such as PMP are beneficial.
