As part of their team expansion in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Adecco is seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic partnerships with national pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical wholesalers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strategic partnerships with major retail pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical wholesalers nationwide.
  • Lead annual negotiations, commercial agreements, and joint business planning with key customers.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility, product availability, and effective execution of promotional activities in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of PSRs, setting clear performance targets and monitoring KPIs.
  • Conduct regular field visits and joint meetings to support team development and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, promotions, sell-in/sell-out data, and inventory levels per key account.
  • Identify new business opportunities, portfolio expansion potential, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with internal teams to support demand planning and commercial strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and promotional guidelines within the pharmaceutical retail environment.

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector, preferably working with retail pharmacy chains and/or pharmaceutical wholesalers.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and key customer management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience working with CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country (approximately 30–50%).
