Our Client is a global leader in commercial vehicles and automotive interior components and suspension seats, operates in over 19 countries, with a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. 

Their Global Business Center (GBC) plays a crucial role in supporting global business operations by integrating essential functions such as accounting, procurement, HR, IT and sales. As a shared services center, GBC provides transactional services, expert support, and data analysis to their various locations worldwide, ensuring efficiency and streamlining processes across departments. 

We are looking for HR System Admin & Application Manager - Focus cloud solutions to join their growing team. The role acts as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for assigned HR software application (Cornerstone OnDemand), overseeing their configuration, optimization, and performance. It requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement (CI) with stakeholders to maximize application value. The System Admin and Application Manager ensures reliability, security, and performance to meet business and end-user needs.

Responsibilities
1.    Application Configuration and Maintenance
•    Configuration & Customization: Align the HR cockpit with organizational needs, including user roles, interface design, workflows, and data integrations.
•    Maintenance: Perform routine tasks, updates, and tuning to ensure optimal performance and stability.
2.    Data Processing & Integration Management
•    Collaborate with IT and HR teams to manage integrations between Cornerstone OnDemand and other (HR) systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.
3.    Continuous Improvement & System Process Optimizations
•    Stay Updated: Keep informed about new features, updates, and best practices for csod.
Identify Improvements: Collaborate with BPMs to find system enhancement opportunities and improve user adoption and efficiency.
•    Analyze & Optimize: Use process mapping, data analysis, and performance metrics to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
4.    User Management & Support
•    Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies. Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems promptly.
5.    Incident and Problem Management
•    Monitor application performance and availability, proactively identifying and addressing incidents, errors, and performance bottlenecks.
6.    Documentation; Security & Compliance
•    Maintain accurate application documentation. Implement security controls and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR.
7.    Collaboration
•    Working closely with HR teams (especially HR Business Process Management to drive process improvements), IT departments and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's Degree: In Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree, relevant certifications cloud computing, IT or HR systems is a plus.
•    HR Software: Experience with HR systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.
•    Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and database management.
•    Cloud Computing
•    Security: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
•    Experience: Several years of experience in system administration, application management, or HR technology.
•    Project Management: Experience managing projects, especially those involving technology implementations.
•    Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements like GDPR
•    Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
•    Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
