Product Manager (m/f)

We are inviting a "Product Manager (m/f)" to join our team, who will transform complex challenges into efficient and scalable solutions and ensure the successful deployment of high-quality data models and services into the production environment.

Job Description:
• End-to-end ownership of the execution and delivery of data products.
• Preparation of product documentation, including feature roadmaps, business cases, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope definition, and timeline planning.
• Definition of project plans, including resource requirements, and execution of project management activities (risk management, financial tracking, progress monitoring, and backlog management).
• Collaboration with business and technology experts in the development of conceptual solution options.
• Active engagement with business, customer, and technology stakeholders to design solutions that meet their needs.
• Gathering business requirements, creating user stories, preparing requirement specifications, and contributing to technical solution design.
• Balancing business needs, services, technology, and quality to deliver complex products or services with minimal change requests.
• Partnering with data science, engineering, and business teams to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Continuous improvement of model accuracy, latency, reliability, and system performance in line with internal governance framework.

Requirements:
• Experience in product management and software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, ITIL, PMP).
• Proven experience in planning and delivering business solutions within time, quality, and budget constraints.
• A balanced mix of business acumen and affinity for technology and information systems.
• Innovative, creative, and proactive mindset with a high level of motivation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the role of Project Manager, Requirements Engineer, or Product Manager and/or knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
• Acts with integrity, confidence, and accountability, consistently demonstrating and promoting high business and ethical standards throughout the project lifecycle.
