ICT Project Manager – R&D Solutions (PLM)

Adecco is recruiting on behalf of its client, a multinational leader in the thermal comfort industry, for an ICT Project Manager – R&D Solutions, with a focus on PLM, to support global digital transformation initiatives within R&D.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager

• Knowledge of R&D processes (BOM, change management)

• Experience with PLM (preferably 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA)

• Knowledge of CAD/CAE (SolidWorks, CATIA)

• Knowledge of SAP and IT infrastructure

• Fluent English, Italian – advantage

• Willingness to travel

• Acting as ICT Project Leader for initiatives in the R&D domain, specifically:

o  Implementing and rolling out ICT solutions across global R&D teams

o  Driving standardization of R&D applications and processes

• Supporting the ICT Manager R&D in managing ICT demands

• Managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating internal resources and external partners

• Monitoring and controlling project progress, costs, and Change Requests (CR)

• Overseeing ICT Specialists’ activities related to PLM and R&D systems

• Interfacing with Engineering Process Owners, Key Users, Business Project Managers, and ICT HQ teams to gather requirements and evaluate implementation options

•  Ensuring system availability and performance in collaboration with Help Desk, Architecture teams (Infrastructure and TLC), and external suppliers
