Tourist Advisor Arabic / Chinese Speakers

Adecco Human Resources is recruiting Customer Support / Tourist Advisors for a prestigious international client, a leader in the Tax Free Refund sector, based at Lisbon Airport.

🔹 Your Responsibilities:

✔ Provide support to international travelers during the Tax Free refund process ✈️
✔ Explain procedures, answer questions, and anticipate customer needs
✔ Process Tax Free forms in line with regulations and company guidelines
✔ Handle cash accurately and securely 💶
✔ Ensure a premium, customer‑focused service experience
✔ Resolve conflicts professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (finance, hospitality, retail, customer support)
🔹 Experience with cash handling
🔹 Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
🔹 Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic or Chinese is highly valued
🔹 Strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer‑first mindset
🔹 Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment

📅 Role Conditions:

• Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 23:00
• Location: Lisbon Airport
• Requires obtaining an airport badge (training provided) – Criminal Record Certificate required
