We’re hiring: ServiceNow Senior Developer

Location: Lisbon | Hybrid model (1 day/week on-site)

Sector: Enterprise Platforms | Strategic role in ServiceNow Development

Contract: Permanent contract with our international client

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join a long-term project for one of our international clients. This is a strategic role within a global environment, where you’ll lead the design and development of scalable ServiceNow solutions that support critical business operations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, BCM, TPRM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC)
• Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and development standards
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to align technical and functional requirements
• Support effort estimation, technical planning, and delivery of ServiceNow projects
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance across all developed solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow practice

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side), HTML, CSS, AngularJS/React
• Solid experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Technical leadership, autonomy, and critical thinking

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in specific modules)
• Experience in large-scale projects and multinational environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
