Senior Network and Telecommunications Administrator

🚀 We’re looking for a Senior Network and Telecommunications Administrator to join the Systems & Telecommunications area of a client in the banking sector, supporting a strategic transformation and the internal growth of their technology operations.

📍 On-site role — Lisbon (100% on‑site)

📄 Permanent contract with the client

💼 What you’ll be doing

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VoIP systems.
• Configure phones, extensions and user profiles.
• Monitor network performance and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage devices (phones, smartphones, tablets, hotspots).
• Support mobile app configurations and coordinate repairs.
• Contribute to documentation, upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Work with vendors and service providers.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking or related areas
• Fluency in English
• 3+ years of experience in network and telecommunications administration.
• Solid experience with network and telecom infrastructures in demanding environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, STP and QoS.
• Experience with Cisco equipment and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in VoIP and call‑recording systems.
• CCNA certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Organized, analytical, team‑oriented and proactive mindset.
