Senior / Lead Data Engineer (M/F)

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Data Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native data pipeline development, ideally within Microsoft environments. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high‑performance data solutions, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enabling scalable analytics across the organization.

🔧 Required Technical Qualifications:

Solid experience in end-to-end data architecture: ingestion, modelling, storage, and orchestration
Strong proficiency in cloud-native engineering, particularly with Microsoft technologies: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse.
Experience with other cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud).
Hands-on experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (BigQuery, Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, Amazon Redshift).
Proficiency in Python (incl. Pandas, Boto3), SQL, and/or Spark.
Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, BigQuery).
Experience with DevOps/DataOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to implement scalable data validation, lineage, documentation, and monitoring.
Proven ability to optimize pipelines for performance, cost and reliability.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering with cloud-native focus.
English level B2 or higher.

📍 Conditions:

Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office + 3 days working from home.

Winter (October–May | 43h/week)

Mon–Thu: 09:00–19:00 (9h/day)
Fri: 09:00–17:00 (7h/day)

Summer (June–September | 39h/week)

Mon–Thu: 09:00–18:00 (8h/day)
Fri: 09:00–17:00 (7h/day)
