Role Overview As a Patient Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to patients with diabetes through inbound calls, chat, and email. You will play a crucial role in: - Identifying patient needs; - Clarifying doubts or questions related to diabetes electronic devices; - Handling complaints and resolving issues; - Performing back-office tasks as needed; Requirements Advanced level of Polish (C1 at least); A good knowledge of English (B1 at least); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Empathetic and patient-focused attitude; Ability to work effectively in a team; Work model On site. After the first months, there is the possibility of working in a hybrid/remote model Schedules 7h-19h (8h/day). After the first weeks, it will be required a 24/7 availability (although weekends and night shifts are less common) Contract details Direct employment with the client (6 months, renewable) Gross Salary Language Bonus + additional bonus Meal Allowance: €6.41 per day All necessary equipment will be provided by the client.
