Italian Tester – Service Now Project (Remote)

We’re hiring: Italian-speaking Tester – Service Now Project (100% Remote)
Are you fluent in Italian and interested in working on an international, innovative tech project? This is your chance!

🔎 What you’ll do:

• Test a virtual agent (chatbot) using prompts in Italian;
• Create and execute test scenarios;
• Compare Italian responses with English versions;
• Identify translation errors and ensure high-quality output;
• Report bugs with clarity and detail.

🚀 What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written);
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset;
• Experience in QA or testing (a plus);
• Proactive and autonomous approach;
• Availability to start on January 5th.

• 💻 100% remote work
• 🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 10 PM (Lisbon time)
• 💰 Base salary: €1,300/month
• 🍽 Meal allowance: €7.63/day
• 📅 Fixed-term contract
