We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to help drive our Supply Management Transformation program!

Process Enthusiasts: Someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys standardizing methodologies and improving administrative execution
Technical Detailers: Experience in catalog management, SKU updates, and asset monitoring is highly valued
System Savvy: Ability to manage system test scenarios and handle data collection for global project requirements
Collaborative Communicators: Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to train teammates and work closely with finance teams to align End-to-End (E2E) processes.
Risk Managers: A proactive professional who can identify deviations and escalate potential risks to management
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Process Development: Standardize purchasing methodologies and the organization of administrative tasks.
Catalog Migration: Update SKU lists, manage site assortments, and link Products to Articles.
System Testing: Monitor and take responsibility for system test scenarios within the reporting tool.
Quality Control: Identify process deviations and ensure compliance with the "to-be" global model.
Global Collaboration: Partner with the P2P Finance team in Porto to optimize the End-to-End process.
Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training for operative processes to ensure team alignment.

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
⚙️ Procurement Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
🌍 Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
📈 Change Management: Experience supporting change at a senior management level, involving both internal/external stakeholders and suppliers.
🤝 Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
🗺️ Mobility: Availability and willingness to travel regularly.

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
🏗️ Background: Ideally, experience working within Supply Management environments.
⚙️ Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
🗣️ Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in other European languages is a significant plus.
