✔️ Communicate with customers via email to resolve missing or unclear information;
✔️ Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.

☑ Fluency in Italian (C1 level or higher) and a good level of English;
☑ A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude;
☑ Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills;
☑ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
