Italian Cash Collection Specialist- Oeiras

Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, Italian and English Speaking candidates for a role of Italian Cash Collection in Oeiras.

Descrição/Funções:
Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts;
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non_payment;
- Issue payment commitment letters;
- Issue credit hold notifications;
- Coordinate customer credit changes;
- Process small claims court complaints;
- Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status.

Requisitos:
Key skills:

- Minimum of completed High School;
- Collections experience (preferable);
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- High language skills: Italian native or C2, English B2;
- Excellent customer service skills.
