IT Governance

• 📍 Location: Hybrid in Lisbon – 3 times per week in the office
• 📄 Contract: Permanent – direct hire with the final client

Our client is a global leader in airport infrastructure, operating a network of over 70 airports across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. The IT department is expanding its Governance & Service Management team and is looking for an experienced professional to lead and evolve governance practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define, update, and monitor IT governance policies and processes with an end-to-end perspective.
• Identify and manage IT risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, promoting frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
• Foster awareness and collaboration across IT teams on governance topics.
• Prepare performance, risk, and compliance reports for executive management.
• Align IT strategy with organizational goals, overseeing portfolios, services, and operations.
• Support budget planning in accordance with governance requirements.
• Define and track KPIs for services, operations, and projects, ensuring SLA compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or IT Audit in complex environments.
• Experience in process analysis, optimization, or transformation.
• Previous involvement in organizational transformation initiatives (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (COBIT, ITIL, CISA, CRISC or similar) are valued.
• Good command of English.
