INVOICING ANALYST

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with experience in invoicing and financial operations?

🎯 What You'll Do
-You will be responsible for managing complex invoicing and ensuring financial compliance
-Prepare Manual Invoices: Handle manual invoices for adjustments, technical assistance, guarantees, and other exceptional cases
-Manage Specific Flows: Adapt invoicing to specific conditions and transportation flows; issue proformas for temporary exports.
-Ensure Reporting Compliance: Justify non-invoiced vehicles at month-end and ensure strict compliance with reporting deadlines.
-Update Conditions: Keep invoicing conditions current in response to changes in flows, markets, or entities.

What You'll Bring
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Bank Accounting, Cash Management, Treasury, Finance Operations, or other relevant Finance-related positions.
🗣️ Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
🌍 Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory) – other languages are a big plus!🎁
