Are you ready to spice up your career with a new opportunity? We're on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service and Sales/Retention Team Leader, with sales superpowers and a flawless command of German and English to join our fantastic team.


Daily tasks:
- Management, support, organization and further development of the assigned team;
- Management of approximately 10 to 20 employees;
- Constant monitoring of team performance and achievement of annual objectives;
- Regular coaching / feedback of individual team members (motivation training) and guarantee of employee process know-how;
- Discussions on performance and objectives with each employee;
- Guarantee quality and quantity standards within the team;
- HR Responsibilities: time and Absence management, involvement in recruiting process.

Requirements:
Fluent German and English (mandatory).
At least 1 year of experience in team management and in a call center(mandatory)
A strong service mentality and customer orientation + Sales oriented
Excellent knowledge of PC- / MS-Office
Great motivation and determination
Strong initiative and implementation
Enthusiasm, team player and positive mindset
