German Speaker | Accounts Receivable Porto

We are currently recruiting an Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable professionals (mid to senior level) to join the finance team of a multinational company based in Porto.

🗓 Monday to Friday | Hybrid Work Model
📍 Location: Porto, Portugal

💼 Your main responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices and payments accurately
Managing disputes, cash applications, and billing activities
Ensuring correct billing aligned with contracts and sales orders
Communicating with internal and external clients via email and phone
Preparing and validating timely and accurate reports

🎯 What we’re looking for:
Fluency in English and German (B2+/C1 mandatory)
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (mid to senior level profiles preferred)
Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and SAP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Customer-focused with a sense of responsibility and ownership
