Your mission:
▶ You will be responsible for managing "retention goal" phone contacts with customers .
▶ Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
▶ Advising customers on all services and offers.

Requirements:
▶ Native or fluent German + English (preferable)
▶ Good communication skills
▶ Contact center environment experience
▶ Sales/ Retention experience
