French Speaker O2C Specialist | Porto

We are currently recruiting Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable professionals (junior, mid and senior level) to join the finance team of a multinational company based in Porto.

📍 Location: Porto, Portugal
🗓 Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8h to 17h or 9h to 18h
💼 Hybrid Regime: 3 days at the office and 2 days at home

💼 Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices and payments accurately;
- Managing disputes, cash applications, and billing activities;
- Ensuring correct billing aligned with contracts and sales orders;
- Communicating with internal and external clients via email and phone;
- Preparing and validating timely and accurate reports.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in English and French (mandatory);
- Experience in a similar role (we are considering junior, mid and senior level profiles);
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player;
- Customer-focused with a sense of responsibility and ownership.
