FP&A Senior- Insurance

Adecco Recruitment is looking for an FP&A Senior to join an international company currently undergoing a phase of growth and transformation. This is a strategic role with strong exposure to senior leadership and involvement in operational optimization and decision‑support initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze operating expenses across multiple insurance entities, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Partner with key areas such as Operations, Claims, IT, and Distribution to support data‑driven decision making.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and digital transformation projects through ROI and financial feasibility analysis.
• Monitor and explain variances against budget and forecast, proposing corrective actions.
• Develop and track efficiency KPIs relevant to the insurance industry.
• Lead the OPEX budgeting process and support quarterly reviews and scenario modelling.

Profile

• Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid experience in FP&A or Controlling, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
• Autonomy, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.
