We are looking for a German-speaking Finance Data Analyst to join the FP&A team of a multinational company!

📍 Location: Porto, Matosinhos
⏱️ Schedule: 8h to 17h
💼 Hybrid Regime: 2 days at the office and 3 days remote work

This role is part of the FP&A Germany team and involves supporting management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial data structures that enable accurate and insightful reporting.

✊ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the local and global financial data landscape (SAP + reporting tools);
- Ensure all business requirements align with group strategies and objectives;
- Oversee system-side execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and planning processes;
- Advise departments on financial and system-related matters;
- Drive continuous improvement of financial data processes and act as a finance expert;
- Develop IT-based solutions and analytical tools for controlling-related topics;
- Conduct internal training sessions for operational teams;
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization.

✔ What We're Looking For:
- Fluent German and very good English (at least a B2 level).
- Degree in Business Administration (Controlling/Finance), Business Informatics, or similar;
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO/BW, Excel, and Power BI;
- Solid experience in Controlling, Finance, IT system projects, and data/interface management;
- Analytical mindset, communication skills, and structured, process-oriented working style.
