Experience Specialist / Office Manager

Braga | Hybrid Work | Monday Friday | 9:00–18:00

This role is part of the People Development & Experience Team, focused on bringing company culture to life through employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

The Experience Specialist / Office Manager is responsible for both employee experience programs and the day-to-day management of the Braga office, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized workplace. You will act as a local people partner while collaborating closely with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations and overall experience of the Braga office
- Act as the local People Team representative and main point of contact
- Coordinate vendors, facilities, office supplies, and external partners
- Support and execute employee experience, culture, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives
- Manage purchases, payments, and stock for office and experience-related activities
- Provide operational support for internal events and local gatherings
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver consistent employee experience initiatives

Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Office Management, HR Operations, or similar
- Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment (tech industry preferred)
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change
- Data-aware mindset with the ability to monitor activity metrics
- Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field (plus)
- Fluency in English
