🎯 How You’ll Make an Impact

As our Control Analyst, you’ll be the guardian of processes, compliance, and operational efficiency. You’ll help us ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and more intelligently every day.
You will:
 Monitor processes, performance, and KPIs to identify risks or inefficiencies
 Analyze operational data to create clear insights and action points
 Support internal controls and compliance frameworks
 Work closely with multiple teams to ensure procedures are followed
 Participate in audits and support documentation updates
 Suggest improvements (and see them implemented!)
 Help build a culture of consistency, clarity, and operational excellence

 You have 3–5 years of experience in controls, operations, reporting, compliance, or similar
 You love problem-solving and digging into the “why” behind issues
