💡 What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly within the commercial area:
🔹 Keep customer data accurate, updated and well-structured
🔹 Prepare proposals and support new business opportunities
🔹 Issue quotations (and make sure no one is left waiting!)
🔹 Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth start
🔹 Create and update reports that support commercial decision‑making
🔹 Organise information and assist multiple internal teams
🔹 Keep marketing databases up to date and sharp
🔹 Contribute to improving processes and ways of working
🔹 Work collaboratively to ensure an efficient workflow

👀 Who We’re Looking For

Someone who:
✨ Has at least 2 years of administrative experience (mandatory!)
✨ Is fluent in English (mandatory!)
✨ Is comfortable using Excel (intermediate level)
✨ Is organised, communicative and detail‑oriented
✨ Can manage multiple tasks at the same time
✨ Enjoys learning and works naturally well with others
(CRM, PowerBI or ERP knowledge? Even better!)

💰 What We Offer

🎯 Base Salary: €1,000
🍽️ Meal Allowance: €7/day (paid via meal card)
🗣️ Language Allowance: +€100
🎓 Ongoing training
