🔹 Your Responsibilities:
✔ Manage a portfolio of clients within an international setting 🌍
✔ Ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts
✔ Handle customer complaints and forward them to the relevant subsidiaries
✔ Retrieve missing accounting information via phone and email 📩
✔ Diplomatically negotiate and reinforce company policies
✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints
✔ Identify and propose solutions for customer account issues
✔ Build strong relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external contacts (clients)

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Fluent in Polish (C1) & English (B2)
🔹 Advanced Excel & SAP skills
🔹 3+ years of experience in cash collection or a similar role (experience in a shared service center is a plus)
🔹 Strong finance knowledge and attention to detail
