🔧 Your mission:

Be the first point of contact for European customers, delivering outstanding technical support;
Diagnose and resolve issues with light and heavy vehicles from various brands;
Log and track all incidents in the internal system;
Follow defined processes and collaborate with international teams;
Contribute to the technical knowledge base and FAQs;
Ensure clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers and colleagues.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

Technical education in mechanics, automotive mechatronics, or equivalent;
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment;
Fluency in French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2);
Strong diagnostic skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
Team player with a genuine desire to support customers, even in challenging situations;
Basic IT knowledge is a plus;
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
